If your package has been marked as delivered but you have not received it, there are several steps you can take:

  • Contact your local post office and file a missing mail claim.
  • Contact the seller and request a refund or replacement.

AliExpress allows for a refund without return in specific cases, such as receiving a counterfeit item. If you have not received your package and the tracking information shows that it has been delivered, you can open a dispute with the seller and request a refund.
